The type of fitted sheets you need are referred to as deep pocket, extra deep, high-profile or oversized fitted sheets. Depending on the size of your bed you could go up one size in a flat sheet. Is it possible to return or exchange the small sheets? If the issue is that the sheet does fit but the corners “fly off” or slip off easily you can try mattress suspenders or bed sheet straps / fasteners. https://www.amazon.com/Gorilla-Grip-Bed-Sheet-Fasteners/dp/B0CC6DJQMW/ref=mp_s_a_1_3 I don’t think a regular crochet bed sheet would be fit for purpose. Unless you’re doing nano crochet with something like silk thread - which would take forever. A sheet like that would be pretty heavy when washing. Also have you ever fallen asleep on a decorative pillow or other textured fabric surface? Even just a lightly embroidered fabric will leave marks and impressions on your skin. Constant chafing could also lead to blisters and other skin irritations. The only other solution would be to add a a crochet border to extend the sheet. However this would entail either removing the elastic, crocheting and re-threading the elastic or adding an elastic seam to crochet into. Either way that’s a lot more work than buying or exchanging the sheets.

I used to use something like this https://a.co/d/00tW0Nnp and it worked great. It's been meant l many years since I had to, though.
