Not sure what front loaders are. I'm assuming top loaders? Either way, try not to stress it too much. If you think you have something valuable then put it into a penny sleeve and drop it in a top loader. As for the rest, I'd say stick them in any appropriately sized box for the time being until you collect more cards and decide what you want to do with them. There's many ways to organize, you just need to figure out what you want out of the hobby. There are various boxes you can order online and are carried by most TCG shops specifically for storing cards. You can also buy Pokemon Elite Trainer Boxes that come with several packs, dice/coins for playing the game, and a box to hold your cards in. I would also invest in a card binder. I do not recommend the ones with the rings in them as they can potentially damage cards.
