Again, it's a process not a goal. Zhuanqi aims to integrate body and mind through a physical process, which is why i suggested it might be considered more of a qigong. Zuowang is more directed toward the experience of a quiescent heart-mind, whereby one can come close to the Dao within, a transformative experience. Both are worthwhile processes. But if you are seeking a meditative experience, just recognize that focus on breath can become an obstacle. It's not one or the other in a mutually exclusive since. Both can be beneficial.
