Recently went through the same confusion as you. To keep it clear, yes you can flash Omnidrive to BRXL-PUS6U3B-US with the stock enclosure. However, MakeMKV will not be able to detect Omnidrive/Libredrive status after the flash, and attempting to backup a game (360 game in my case) with MPF will create a bad dump, so MPF is also not able to read OmniDrive status with the stock enclosure. I managed to take the drive out of the stock enclosure and connect it to my computer with a USB to SATA adapter. I was able to create a proper backup of the 360 game and MakeMKV was able to read Libredrive status. I did not need to re-flash Omnidrive again after removing it from the stock enclosure. To connect it to my computer, I picked up one of these slimline SATA to regular SATA adapters: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B009JXKQ9O And I used a SATA to USB adapter like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Vantec-CB-ST00U3-NexStar-Optical-Storage/dp/B07452Z3KH I ended up 3D printing an enclosure: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6903048 The setup ain't pretty, but it's functional. EDIT: The exact SATA to USB adapter I used is the Vantec CB-ISA225-U3, but I don't know how widely available those are. It's possible all Vantec SATA to USB adapters will work
