I use Relieve balm. It has arnica but also the cold/hot sensation. The brand is PlantLife. It is the best thing I’ve found for distracting my brain from the migraine pain. That said, it works best if you’re fresh out of the shower. And if you try to apply it multiple times a day it seems to lose effectiveness as the layers of oil build up.
