You can get some lightweight arm sleeves and play it off like you don't want to get burnt by the sun. If you're not going to be swimming, I would recommend body markers. You could also use concealer (waterproof if swimming) henna, or temporary tattoos. To fade scars, I reccomend mederma scar cream. This is what me and my friend use. In the mean time, try not to add any more scars to your arms.
