Id recommend buying a lady trimmer off of amazon, as instagram definitely does have some questionable products. I do have a link to one that i bought, and I literally adore it. Im pretty sure it can be used on other areas, but im not 100% as ive only used it on my down there. It has like 4 different heads and they work really well for my thicker and darker hair.
