We were just talking about cheaper versions of a Snap On flex work light here the other day and I came across this one. It's got an adjustable color temperature side light, flexible gooseneck pen light, hook and magnets. $30. Could be useful in confined spaces. It's about the size of a phone, not sure if that's small enough for you. I have one on the way, so can't say if it's any good yet but the Amazon reviews are all positive. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0F6D7284S If you need something more compact, a right angle / headlamp with a tail magnet would be it. Get one that uses the larger 21700 lithium ion battery to get more run time out of it. A lower cost option: Wurkkos HD20 $40 https://www.amazon.com/HD20-Flashlight-Rechargeable-Floodlight-Waterproof/dp/B09SG39G1D/ A more durable option Olight Perun 3 $90 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D95QBF9F/ An industrial tank of an option: Fenix HM71R $120 https://www.amazon.com/Fenix-HM71R-Rechargeable-Flashlight-Industrial/dp/B0BZTKN7JW/

$10 on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DR2KK1YQ/ If you really want it in Snap On red, $30 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F6D7284S/ EDIT: Hmmm, that $30 one has adjustable CCT on the flood emitter, and the flex gooseneck side light does seem like a great idea. I work on aluminum suspension on an aluminum body car and have nowhere to stick magnet work lights, so this seems perfect. Dammit, I just bought another light!
