Grab a wash of your choice. I've been using Army Painter Strong Tone well, but I also thin it a little bit. Pretty much any wash will do, though. After that, put on some varnish to protect the paint job. I've been using this Krylon to good effect, it protects the finish well for tabletop use: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0029JSGGU Look up some youtube guides on how to spray varnish, long story short you want to do multiple light coats from about a foot away. Short left to right bursts. Like I said, watch a video.
