I just put the pad off an old duffle bag shoulder strap on mine and now i have the most comfy maxwells on earth haha. I’m glad to help however I can dude! When I say depth I don’t mean bass I mean how deep the earcup is like the distance from your ear to the driver so your ear doesn’t touch it. It’s like buying deeper ear pads only free haha. It doesn’t have to be an old hdmi cable just anything you can shape to the pads in the past I’ve even used toilet paper and even an old piece of fish tank tube lol. I just slid the leather Maxwell strap through the Velcro part and it basically made a nice wide comfy head pad that distributes the weight 100 times better and honestly it looks like it came with them! I have pictures on my phone of my maxwells all said and done but some reddits pages let you post them and some don’t I have no clue why haha.
