An addendum to the last sentence in my post: the Ultra Long Anal Plug (not the full descriptive name!) is one of the Amazon toys that I would recommend. At 19 inches I'm not sure I would use "ultra long" to describe it, but at $34 it is one of the more satisfying purchases I've made from Amazon. I would also question the use of "plug" in its description; if you follow the link, you can see at a glance that it's not going to stay in place unassisted, which is pretty much how I distinguish between a plug and other sorts of insertion toys. With a diameter of just over an inch and a half, it's thick enough to be stimulating without needing a lot of stretching. I contrast that with the Fathom from primalhardwere.com, which is another favorite of mine. At 26 inches it has plenty of length. Its diameter increases from just under 1.5 inches at the head to 2.5 inches at the base. I've never been able to take it all the way to the base; it gets too thick for the RSJ (I think) far enough up the shaft that I can't get it all the way in. I find the Fathom to be an excellent combination of length and girth, well worth the $150 it cost. I also have a Primal Hardwere Tonguetacle - much softer silicone with a slightly rough surface texture, diameter ranging from 1.5 inches at the tip to just under 2 inches at the base, and just over 38 inches insertable. That's a seriously excellent toy for depth play for $130.
My absolute favorite toy for texture: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B092HYH893 At 19.5" that's clearly way longer than you're looking for, but I can assure you that when it's moving I can definitely feel the texture. And if you have a prostate, the texture stimulates that as well. (I also have a SquarePeg Thick Worm, which is considerably thicker with a more pronounced texture. While it is quite nice, I find the Amazon "Ultra Long Anal Plug" linked above provides better stimulation.) Unfortunately, I don't have any recommendations in your preferred size range.
