For resources, the main thing I used was a prep program from a large Japanese test prep company. In practice it was essentially the official ISACA QAE reorganized by section, so the question content itself was ISACA's. The problem was the Japanese translation of the explanations was genuinely hard to follow. I would read the same sentence four or five times and still not feel confident I understood it. What I ended up doing was going through the textbook content myself, thinking about which concepts seemed likely to be tested, and writing my own questions from scratch. That process of constructing questions and explanations forced me to understand the material at a different level. But I would not recommend it as a study method. It took a huge amount of time and is not efficient at all. If you are finding that the English materials you are using require a lot of re-reading before things click, I put together study guides and practice question sets that I wrote with that problem in mind. They have sold around 644 copies in Japan since launch, so they have been tested by real candidates. They cover all 5 chapters and are on Amazon if you want to take a look.
