hi friend!!! i'm a white noise, no light sleeper, and my bf is a tv sleeper. i CANNOT sleep with the tv on. i'm also an extremely light sleeper and he could sleep through an apocalypse. rn we sleep in separate rooms, BUT! i'm going to get these Soundcore sleep earbuds, which the difference between sleep earbuds and regular earbuds is that sleep earbuds are, well, comfortable to sleep in and formfitted to your ear. i haven't tried these YET, but i hear they're lifechanging: https://a.co/d/08DJw05o
