I don't understand why you think you can't print or have a printer in a high humidity environment? You think the whole state of Florida and the south as a whole don't use or can't use 3D printers? People print and live where the humidity is literally 100% on the daily. Keep your filament stored in sealed bags with desiccant packs and dry your filament before use. You can get a Sunlu dryer for like $40 and almost all have options for PTFE tubes so you can run the filament from the dryer to your printer.
