YAY!! I’m so glad for you!!! Isn’t it amazing what they do?! I still can’t believe not a single doctor recommended them to me after years of suffering. Still doing great! If you look, veggies are listed right on the bottle as being something they help digest. Onion and garlic are included in that. And yes, as long as I take one of these enzymes, I can eat them without issue. I don’t take anything else but these enzymes. Edit to add: If you need more convincing, this is the $5 bottle from Walmart that I mention in my post.
