I don’t know him personally, but reading his very informative posts has shown me that his information and conclusions match up with what I’ve found in my own (reasonably extensive) independent research. I know that the toys I’ve received are solid and not plated (never buy metal toys unless they are solid stainless!) because I’ve been a blacksmith for 2 decades and I know what stainless weighs… And they both passed a file test on a non-insertable portion of the toys, which I then sanded and polished back to its original state. :) That being said, I’m just some guy on the internet.
