you won't know if you have a humidity issue (and you likely don't, because RH is irrelevant to leaf 'slippering'/sticking) until and unless you measure what your humidity (RH) actually IS. leaves can 'get stuck' at ANY humidity level-at least up to 80%, ime. i've had leaves get stuck on one stem/branch of a ppp, while other leaves on the same plant come out fine. i'm convinced it's a 'feature' , at least in part, of the mutation that made the ppp a ppp, and not a 'bug'. i have also had it occur when there's mild 'mite pressure' in my plant room (early stages of a mite outbreak). it's one of the 'early warning signs' for me to check more carefully-especially if it's combined w/ deformed leaves emerging ('eaten'/deformed at the tips). mutations often affect more than one gene in an organism. you can buy a good digital thermometer/hygrometer combo for 10-15 bucks online. this is what i use to measure my RH: https://www.walmart.com/ip/ThermoPro-TP157W-Hygrometer-Indoor-Thermometer-for-Home-Room-Thermometer-Humidity-Gauge/410623552?classType=VARIANT&athbdg=L1100 fwiw.
