I enjoy both regular sounds and estim sounds when I have the other pole up my butt. The feeling very much depends on what you want to feel. A thin sound can feel really great for going deep and kind of jerking yourself off from the inside. Stretching your urethra with progressively thicker sounds is an entirely different experience; it's very intense. Metal sounds feel different from latex. I prefer the metal ones because gravity makes them slide right in on their own. Latex sounds need to be pushed in. The good news is, these things are not all that expensive, and it's kind of addictive, so plan on buying a lot more toys if you end up liking it. Advice: Weed and poppers can greatly enhance the experience, but learn how sound properly before adding these substances. Do all your learning stone-cold sober. Experiment with different types of sounds. I use multiples during a single session. Get sterile lube and use that instead of regular lube. Get a few bottles of Isopropyl Alcohol 99.9% for sterilization after play. And then use regular 70% alcohol swabs just prior to use. Don't forget to swab the head too. Drink lots of water (or something) during your play session. You want to be able to take a nice long piss afterwards. It may sting a little, but pissing is the best way to flush out any infectious material that may have gotten past your other mitigations.
