if you want a solid cheap monitor, walmarts onn brand has a pretty solid one that i’ve been using for the past 5-6 years(Onn Gaming Monitor) or they have a 27” 240hz one as well(27” Onn monitor)

Are you looking to buy just the panel to repair your existing monitor? I'd advise against that. Buy a new one: https://www.walmart.com/ip/onn-24-FHD-1920-x-1080p-165hz-1ms-Adaptive-Sync-Gaming-Monitor-with-Cables-Black/346540473 This class of monitor is not made to be repairable. The internals are almost certainly going to be glued in place and to try and take it apart for repair is just as likely to break more than you're trying to fix. Even if it was repairable, budget monitors like this often source their panels from multiple suppliers which may require different hardware besides the panel itself, but they won't update the model number on the outside so that alone won't be enough. So even if you were to buy a second "identical" monitor and try to harvest the panel from that (for some reason) there's no guarantee it'd even work in the other one. There are also issues with how the hardware is setup to overdrive the panel in that if the one you get doesn't match the previous panel's response time characteristics you might get much worse artifacts and color reproduction. And even if you were to find out exactly what panel the monitor uses, and find someplace you can buy it, I suspect it'll end up costing about the same as buying the monitor new. The panel is one of the biggest parts of the cost, and whomever you buy it from will be a reseller themselves looking to make money.
