I'm not sure why you're getting downvoted. It's okay to ask questions. I'd recommend flux paste with an applicator like this instead of liquid flux, for sure. Don't pay attention to the weird way they're applying it in the pictures on the Amazon posting. This is a nice quick youtube video on bridge removal. Start watching at 38 second (if the link doesn't take you directly to that spot). I want you to avoid solder wick for your first try because it's easy to apply too much pressure on the wick and damage the pins on the chip. Like others are saying, practice on a soldering kit or a junk PCB you don't care about first. It's important to get the hang of it so you don't destroy a game you own.
