You can power a card up to about a TDP of 180 watts with two AC/DC adapters. You just need the supplemental GPU power (6+2 PCIe) to be added with a high wattage adapter and a conversion plug. The wattage is partially pulled through the dock, so I always use a 100-120 watt adapter to supply the 75 watts the PCIe socket needs, then 180-200 for the supplemental power.
