I have one of these cooling neoprene caps for when i get a migraine and it’s incredible. Assuming you don’t want to wear it out in public, they also make headbands & neck wraps. Best part- l it stays cold for a long time but doesn’t sweat, so no wet marks. The other thing is sunblock every day, and unless you work indoors nowhere near a window, you need to reapply. Personally I like a spritz for that, it dries really quick, it won’t spray anything/anyone around you, and you don’t need to rub it in over sweaty makeup. Elf makes one that’s also a setting spray. I leave it by my front door and give my hands a spritz as I walk out.

I've never tried treating it specifically because it's always just been a temperature around 99. My normal is 97, so it's high for me but not others. That's said, I would try something like turmeric and/or ginger if approved by your doctor and tolerated. Maybe a migraine cap (migraine cap link).
