Not sure what you mean "actually worth it".....imagine your 45 minute playtime, but lasting almost 2 hours, lol. That should be for you to decide if it's worth it. However.....the easiest and best thing to do since you battery atleast still works is velcro strap this to the rear headband. You will get over 3 hours play. I use two of those, and played wireless indefinitely with my Q2, and now Q3. IMO, not even worth replacing the internal battery if you can still run it off a powerbank. But if so... I bought a couple of these batteries for the kickstarter shoot and I've been using them ever since. They have been solid/cheap/lightweight. I cant imagine using anything else at this point. I typically power both the cage and a monitor from it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09176JCKZ?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_19 For monitors I recommend going cheap. The cheaper monitors tend to deal with mobile filming better than the fancy ones. I primarily use the feelworld F6 but others work too. Get a good HDMI cable and put the monitor into HDMI 1.4 or mobile compatibility mode. For SSDs I typically use the samsung T7 or the crucial X9. The trick is to format them from your phone. I can't say why but they have less issues than if you format them from your mac. Also, I reformat the drives about every 10 hours of use or before any big/critical events. It just saves headaches. If I don't do that then occasionally the phone will just start rejecting the SSD for unknown reasons until I reformat them. For all the other mounts and handles I just jump on amazon. There are loads of cheap SSD clamps and cold shoe monitor mounts that work really well. Generally the more you spend the better they are but that isn't always necessary.
