Unlike a lot of others here, I’m a big fan of carrying some OTC meds. Yes, you can get some where you’re going if it’s during business hours or not on a random local holiday. The last thing I want to do is wait 12-36 hours or walk 3km holding back the Hershey squirts to get some Imodium. Carry 2-3 days worth of pain and stomach meds, a few lozenges, and that should hold you over until you can get to a pharmacy (if needed). Beyond that, toothpaste, toothbrush , floss, q-tips (can go with reusable), bar of soap, nail clippers, 4-5 band aids, deodorant (sometimes buy on arrival), cologne in these dispensers, a Stiptik (always good for cuts), and razor.
