I usually use some spring bar tweezers, but the springs bars for the HC don’t work well with it. I have Bergeron 6767-F tool and the spring bar tip is perfect size for the HC spring bars to remove and install. Pop once spring bar side out and the bracelet will slightly fall then do the other and it comes right off. Putting it on you want to be a little more careful as not to scratch up the case back side of the lug, but it happens sometimes with switching out straps. https://a.co/d/08XD6FWP

This is the one I have: https://www.amazon.com/Bergeon-6767-F-fitting-removing-spring-bars/dp/B07K4S8SQH/ I also have a tweezers style one that works better for bracelets when you need to push both ends of the spring bar simultaneously.

This is about the worst I've ever seen. Rolexes and their reps have smaller openings to get to the spring bars than other/most watches I've encountered, and my usual tools wouldn't fit. Had to buy this tool to work on them - https://a.co/d/04hC2iEM
