I lost 100 pounds over a couple of years. I had to keep sizing my rings down every few months, so I used a UV resin resizing product I bought online. It’s basically a thick liquid that you apply to the inside of the ring and then cure under a UV light. It’s buildable, so you can add multiple layers to get the size exactly right.
