I had bad ground wire under the battery. It was frayed badly but wasn't totally broken off. It caused a lot of issues. One of them was the AC wasn't working properly. Once i fixed the ground wire it fixed everything on the car that was sort of working. If you notice that things work better with most everything turned off while driving. Then its likely a ground wire. https://a.co/d/02zfTmFb If you click on the link and look at the ground wire. The exposed copper was frayed and this caused many issues. All you need to do is look under the battery with a very bright flash light and inspect the ground wire. If its frayed.. Replace it. You may luck out on a very cheap fix. Good luck.
