Does the 2-station approach make more sense than one integrated all-in-one for couples training together? if you have the room, imo it's always best to separate it out if you can. feels less claustrophobic and usually all-in-ones have some sort of setup, rolling up a bench etc that can get annoying Anyone have real-world experience with the GetRxd Phoenix? I hear it's great and super functional. Just note the trolley is heavy but they are coming out with a counterweight system (at least they say so from their instagram) 3. Plate-loaded ($1,648) vs. Weight Stack ($2,179) — which would you choose and why? Cost vs convenience really. Note the getrxd phoenix is 2 to 1 ratio without linking the arms together so you're getting half of whatever you're loading on. You may not have any problems but does your wife, kiddo, whomever else want to put on and take off 45lb, 35lb, 25lb etc on all the time What 4-post rack would you pair with this at a reasonable price point? If it's just a 4 post rack without any cable system etc than really most are pretty safe for just benching squatting etc. I like this one from Mikolo or titan fitness x3. Since it's 3x3 you can use accessories on it like a dip station and whatever else from any other brand
