You could buy rinseless soap in the meantime - basically just a foam that you rub on like hand sanitizer and then buff off with a towel. Helps keep oils and germs to a minimum when real bathing isn't possible. I don't like this one as a shampoo personally - dry shampoo or even just cornstarch works better for me, but it's great as a hand and body wash.
