I've had success with the 2-piston XOD XD-E500 brakes (same model and installation steps as in this video). You just have to make sure that the pin out for the brake motor cutoff cables matched your rad harness cables. As well as a 4-piston XOD model (don't know the model code, it's $90 and has a boxy caliper shape) I noticed when I switched from the 2-piston to 4-piston I got much more brake lever modulation and feel. The 2-piston brakes felt more on and off like a light switch with much less brake lever modulation and feel.
