Pizza screens have been a great addition to my pizza making on any surface. https://a.co/d/01JO4ONG Kids can build their own pizza on the screen and you can transfer it onto the stone, with the screen still under it, and let it bake. Once the crust sets up you can slide the peel between the pizza and the screen and then remove the screen and put the pizza directly on the stone if you are looking for the lepoarding (I think that's the word) of the bottom. One word of caution, when making the pizza on the screen, don't mash the dough into the screen, apply as little to know pressure when adding the topping.
