my maid of honor lead us girls in early morning yoga, it was mostly chill stretching & intention setting. It just got everyone in the best headspace to start the day food, food, more food. (Bagels (jersey bride non negotiable), fruit, my aunt made a quiche, yogurt cups. Honestly I had a rule for myself as the bride, I was not drinking alcohol before noon (4pm ceremony) and that was super crucial for success. It blasted tunes from the rehearsal dinner, getting ready, on the after party bus, and even the next day at the farewell breakfast. a very clear & organised hair / make up schedule. Ask your girls if they prefer first / last. Bride is 2nd to last remember this is a morning about YOU and your energy radiates. If you’re stressed, everyone will stress - if you’re chill, everyone will chill. Once it’s the morning of your wedding, you have to accept it’s pretty much out of your control. You have to trust you’ve hired the best people to do the best job. also also also for my wedding, we did hair & make up at one location then moved to the venue to get our actual dresses on. (Not uncommon at all). If you do the same, I highly highly highly recommend as the bride, put your dress on first then go do your first look & take photos with your hot asss husband, then come back to do pics with your girls. (I didn’t do this and it’s my biggest regret)
