Honestly I quit the prosthetic business due to burn out. My regular job normally has me work 50+ hrs a week of pretty heavy manual labor. By the time I get home I'm fried. I only have time and energy right now because I'm on light duty due to a work injury. Sitting at a desk doing basically nothing all day and only allowed 40 hrs a week. It was super easy to mold the clay. You just have to make sure the clay you use doesn't have sulfur because the sulfur will cause cure inhibition. (It'll never fully cure.) You can get small bottles of the silicone. Just need a kitchen scale to measure equal portions. You be able to make a bunch of them from one of the small bottle kits. WARNING: Do not try to use the silicone at the hardware store. It's a different kind of silicone and not body safe. silicone clay These are the ones I used. There may be smaller packs of the clay or there might be less expensive versions from other companies but definitely do the research to verify its sulfur free, sometimes you have to get ahold of the manufacturer to be sure. On the silicone the 00-20 is the density of the silicone and effects how much stretch it will have. I wouldn't suggest anything denser than this.
