There's a few things you can do. 1. Get your pc off the floor. I use a pc stand on wheels like this one. 2. Get yourself an electric duster like this one. Make sure it's the type 6 as it's anti-static and use it to blow the dust out preferably outside lol as it will remove quite a bit of dust. 3. Get yourself an air purifier and clean or replace the filter regularly. It won't eliminate all the dust but it will reduce it quite a bit.
