I bought these OREiN matter smart bulbs that work off WiFi. 6 pack for $34 so not too bad. They work off WiFi and Matter so they are compatible with any ecosystem. I absolutely love them. Any place in my house that has a bulb has one. If you need the overhead ones, you can get a 4 pack of them for $19. These are the ones that are more flat. I got some outdoor recessed color LEDs from Home Depot last year too. They were a bit more expensive and I don’t remember the brand unfortunately.
