Just follow the 3 step foundation/prep plan here: https://www.amazon.com/Tactical-Barbell-Protocol-K-Black/dp/B0B1C3G2G5 Personally I would forget about the Muay Thai (temporarily). Potential for injury is too high, especially when combined with some of the shit you'll be doing in GP (two-a-days in phase 3, high mileage rucks, work capacity sessions).

TB has an entire book dedicated to selection prep and post selection training. It’s been used successfully for SFAS, tactical LE, and similar. Here you go: https://www.amazon.com/Tactical-Barbell-Protocol-K-Black/dp/B0B1C3G2G5 Also if you want to go SOF you need to have sone personal initiative. The sticky pinned to the very top of this sub “Where Do I Start” answers this and many other questions.
