You'd probably want something from Lenovo, they make the best laptop keyboards around, across all their price ranges. For video editing you'd want as much RAM as you can get, ideally 16GB or more. Any modern processor should be up to the other tasks listed. With that kind of budget & needing that much RAM, I'd still recommend something refurbished, even with your requirement that it isn't. If I were in your shoes, this is what I'd buy.
