There are ways! I had an old Zalman S3 case laying around, built a dual 2070 rig for 16gb VRAM total. Used hole saw cutters to put 3 60mm holes the front panel and got some mesh to cover for dust prevention. Loaded it up with 120mm fans, 3 front intake, 1 back 2 top exhaust and was meticulous about cable management. Haven't done a ton of sustained testing but NVTOP is showing the cards never getting above 70 C I actually just got a Zalman S4 off Amazon for 50 bucks also and it has quite a bit more room between the side panel and cards for ventilation. I'll probably end up moving the whole thing to that case at some point but I just finished the S3 build and don't feel like doing it right now lol
