A good example is bread. You really have to go to the high end stores to find bread that isn't way too sweet. I had heard about it, and I expected it, and I was still surprised. Stop lying. You can go to Walmart's website and see the ingredients of pretty much everything. Here's a loaf of Italian style bread from their bakery with no sugar in it. Not everything has sugar, you just haven't bothered to look.
