It’s not dying, just not too happy being dug up twice now by doggo. Put it back in the pot with the soil again and trim off the shriveled parts. Water it thoroughly and place it where it can’t be reached? If it’s too large you can always cut it and propagate the cutting. I do believe it’s a Philodendron. Get one of these for your dog to chew on while you’re at work. :)
