Oh at the bottom lol Surprised eggs not on here since its cheap too, or egg whites depending where you shop I suggest getting a jackery or portable power station, and then a very low watts rice cooker to cook the meat proteins when you want to. Big game changer for me since you can always charge your portable power station at a library or planet fitness. Rice you actually dont have to cook if you buy instant rice. Something like walmart's great value instant white rice you can just put the rice into a pot and add water and mix and let it sit for a while and its good. It will of course go faster with warm/hot water. But I just let it set until the rice absorbs the water Something like this right here only uses 100 watts to cook something large to plug into a portable power station. I dont like using my car for energy so everything is usually powered by my jackery or portable chargers. Maybe even a hot logic mini that uses 45 watts, but this takes to long to cook. Only use for reheating or heating simple meals
