This is the one I have: https://a.co/d/8dk86Fg You’re going to experience all kinds of things as you start the next phase of your recovery, all normal. Slept with the sling for 8 weeks. Similar injuries to the OP’s, and then some. From a sleep perspective, I consider myself fortunate, as I’ve slept in bed since day 7 after surgery. We have a split king adjustable bed, which lets me move my top half of the bed independently of my wife’s (whole bottom half also adjusts). Also a side sleeper, on my injured side. So I slept on my back mostly. Eventually I slept on my right uninjured side, using a pillow behind my back for support. Check out this pillow, which I still use now to support my arm when in bed and say as a passenger on a car trip. https://www.amazon.com/MOYOAMA-Pillow-Shoulder-Surgery-Sleeping/dp/B0D5J7RH89
