I have a 'Victgoal' helmet with a magnetic visor that has sufficient ventilation. (I have no doubt that the Oakley is nicer, and it should be, at seven times the cost, but it does indeed seem to have a lot fewer shell openings.) I'm happy with it, except that the day-glow fluorescent color already bleached out after one year of California sun, but I can live with that. My clip-on mirror for my eyeglasses collides with the visor, so I mounted it to the helmet by sticking the mirror arm feet into the helmet foam, and securing the arm with tape in one of the helmet shell openings. I think that's acceptable for a $40 helmet. I should add that my glasses are photochromic, but they play nice with the visor (just as they do inside photochromic ski goggles), and I very much prefer the wind protection of the visor.
