I have a 2010 and I installed this unit.. 5G WiFi Car Stereo for Honda... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DGL45QMS?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share ... it hacks into the AUX port on the radio and gives you Andriod Auto/Car Play, touch screen and backup camera... it works well for me and looks like it is original equipment. If you search on Facebook marketplace there are people who install these for you too.
