i use coco coir, very aerated so it dries out fast and ime its really good for root growth. i use diluted fertilizer when i water so i havent run into nutrient issues 🤷 i used to use a coco soil mix (coco coir + compost + perlite) that was really good. the one i used doesnt seem to be available to order anywhere but the brand has a houseplant mix that might be good idk
