I had the exact same issue with my Wildwood FSX! As soon as the desired temperature was met, The compressor kicks off, fan keeps running and the humidity skyrockets. Compressor comes back on, Humidity goes down and the cycle continues. I was able to fix that by replacing the control box with on that would allow the unit to turn completely off when the temperature is reached, just like a home AC. You'll need to find the one specifically for your model, but for an example, this is the one that I purchased off of Amazon back in 2023 https://a.co/d/0cX8Gu77. The app sucks but the unit is awesome and really easy to install yourself. I have not had an issue with my AC turning on or off throughout even the hottest days of summer over the past 3 years. I have come to trust this unit so much that I leave my dog alone in my RV while I go to the office and work. I also have Govee temperature sensors that are set up that can alert me on my phone if something were to go wrong and it get too hot, or cold.
