I would change literally everything except the case, and maybe the monitor. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9mYb2k Monitor is OK for the price. You can find better on woot/ebay for open box/refurb but for new it's good. and for mouse and keyboard I would avoid using pcpartpicker https://www.amazon.com/Redragon-Programmable-Hot-Swappable-Anti-Ghosting-Double-Shot/dp/B0CF3VGQFL/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&sr=1-3 and https://www.amazon.com/Redragon-Ultra-Light-Bluetooth-Ergonomic-Programmable/dp/B0CX8QN38F/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&sr=1-3 are good options, but you can spend more for better if you want other options

cooler comes with thermal paste. You will need a screwdriver, but most of the times they give a basic one anyway so I wouldn't worry about it. if you don't have a keyboard/mouse/monitor you will need one. for monitor, if you don't mind refurbished: https://www.ebay.com/itm/267508794411?_skw=27+inch+monitor&itmmeta=01KW5A2X35M0SKM8Z0FGHXQ3D7&hash=item3e48c4442b:g:4hMAAeSwSTlpOzRC&itmprp=enc%3AAQALAAAA0GfYFPkwiKCW4ZNSs2u11xAKMdHnP5BOL5O%2Ba8VbQ%2FMeQVHWP9Xgn7EQadusv6aYfPutvyDHXXEuh2pNPxUJVYq1kG9EtIX%2FiiLtAZBoEAT%2FzGLVwtznX3hC65ui8lJtIp7MU9FgDHFkXG6cwz0zaS5KFddC4r%2B1rkeffJZ1vLcN8GoXXadZiJzCVqZj%2Ffb2wkO0ZXzcmw%2BZMaOMR2Kkhr0uwDeunJUB%2Bsc9VY708QUfmekZ%2FwYxRW3fV5D6lPgLIVN2A1CaVHwBZdp7LiWsHbA%3D%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR_TRi6rhZw for new monitor: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CM47GRCX/ref=asc_df_B0CM47GRCX1782558000000?smid=A3JFE1Y5GO0W7S&creative=395129&creativeASIN=B0CM47GRCX for keyboard https://www.amazon.com/Redragon-Programmable-Hot-Swappable-Anti-Ghosting-Double-Shot/dp/B0CF3VGQFL/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&sr=1-3 for mouse: https://www.amazon.com/Redragon-M999-Adjustable-Programmable-Ergonomic/dp/B0GMT9CXH5/ref=sr_1_8?s=electronics&sr=1-8

get a bundle with https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails?ItemList=Combo.4873003 save money on ram with: https://computers.woot.com/offers/corsair-vengeance-rgb-ddr5-32gb-memory-3?ref=w_cnt_lnd_cat_pc_3_3 don't bother with an HDD these days and no reason to buy that Silicon power over the patriot p400 lite Case could be cheaper, with something like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F9B5QG9M?language=en_US but if you like the looks there's no need to change it. this PSU https://www.newegg.com/asrock-atx3-1-pcie5-1-750-w-cybenetics-gold-power-supply-black-pg-750g/p/N82E16817955007?item=N82E16817955007 saves some money you can get better prices on monitors from woot [https://computers.woot.com/offers/msi-24-fhd-monitor-pro-mp242l-9?ref=w_cnt_lnd_cat_pc_5_5\](https://computers.woot.com/offers/msi-24-fhd-monitor-pro-mp242l-9?ref=w_cnt_lnd_cat_pc_5_5) Get a good keyboard not a $10 keyboard they slapped gaming on and are charging $50 for. https://www.amazon.com/Redragon-Programmable-Hot-Swappable-Anti-Ghosting-Double-Shot/dp/B0CF3VGQFL/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&sr=1-3 Get a good mouse, not ewaste they are trying to sell for $25. I have literally seen better mice for under $2 during sales. https://www.amazon.com/Redragon-M999-Adjustable-Programmable-Ergonomic/dp/B0GMT9CXH5/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&sr=1-3 or https://www.atk.store/products/vxe-dragonfly-r1-series-wireless-mouse?variant=44857375457498 and I would do some research about speakers. Frankly I don't know desktop speakers super well, but monitors have speakers built in usually, and I can't imagine a $15 pair of speakers is really going to be a huge step up in audio quality.

Most important thing is that it's hotswappable. Redragon has some insane deals https://www.amazon.com/Redragon-Programmable-Hot-Swappable-Anti-Ghosting-Double-Shot/dp/B0CF3VGQFL/ref=sr_1_8?s=electronics&sr=1-8 If you want Magnetic switches on a premium option, full size options are pretty rare. But the Keychron K10 He is only a few bucks more expensive https://www.amazon.com/Keychron-Swappable-Bluetooth-Adjustable-Actuation/dp/B0GHQDBWXN/ref=sr_1_18?s=electronics&sr=1-18

I've been trying to find a new mechanical keyboard for my pc but I suck at searching for reliable technology on anything, i mainly look on Amazon (I have no idea if thats a good place to look for computer stuff) While I was searching I found two different keyboards https://a.co/d/0hZjU5PR https://a.co/d/0cfC5JqR If anyone has any other keyboards that are better then these then I would love to know (I would perfer to keep the price under $150) (Lmk if anyone needs more info I decided to ask for once instead of looking on google because I thought it would be more reliable)
