Must have a lot of stuff but in my opinion here's the most important. Strictly talking diagnostics really. Other have mention a site with service manuals I will skip that. Scan tool with live data and functions (one that bt to your phone are cheapest I have A30m) Digital Multimeter/Oscilloscope combo (1 channel is fine for most people) link at bottom to a 2 in 1. Power probe. Super useful but not 100% needed. With these you can do 99% of diag and then but what you need when you have the problem. For instance if you have a vac leak, buy a smoke machine when that happens. I will only give you the correct way to diagnose what is wrong not just random parts to throw at it. Tools needed:Test lightDigital MultimeterOscilloscope(Link at bottom to one that does both for $40.) Your car only needs a few things to produce spark. Follow these steps. Don't unplug anything connectors back probe with a clothes pin or something (only for testing accuracy when doing tests with MM/osc scope.) Google how to back probe a wire. Confirm no spark. Pull out a spark. reconnect it to the plug wire and ground the end of the spark plug. Crank and check that it is sparking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vgOYPAMxY4 Next check fuse 18 (20a) left of steering column. Fuse for ign coils. Test for 12v at ignition coil red/lt grn key on engine off. Ignition on back probe ckps wires. should have 1-2v across wires. Oscilloscope (black lead on bat-) check for wave form on dk blu wire. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4DAwove0Y9Q Test light (lead on Bat+) probe other 3 ign wires for blinking when cranking. https://www.amazon.com/SKYCENX-SK201B-Oscilloscope-Multimeter-Capacitance/dp/B0DR7WRRT1/ref=sr_1_4?crid=3DRKPE8PYLAH5&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.DBpEIrN0zWxb_P0JwTUFdJ2GUe2klsyIbhyUzll46k22bIWbqH3M6UMCs7dH4bOhOnZ9XkjDKVOoBMHHgUa-cg2VjnNVQ8m39NkSY7rE1QagmyfRaNjZmhsk18STm5dgAzVf_o3lBXJ9KI4OlW9lk_m-iy5y3JN__ctSSr0XGUhSlukL02fjBir9K6aTqOqAIs212E0FhVHiyCH4f2A4XNkxhb6lxs436DWpre-IHA4.Z2u4BJo1k57SR_qtWBEDP9BHRgi7WQBkS1bhBdIPn3o&dib_tag=se&keywords=multimeter+dmm+with+oscilloscope&qid=1780945939&sprefix=dmm+multimeter+osc%2Caps%2C148&sr=8-4
