I did this but didn’t do the 2” cut. It was more like 4-5”. They accepted my photos and processed the return. My issue was water volume consistency. It was fine as long as I completely reset by pulling the power cord every other day. I’m still holding onto the faulty machine for parts or if my current one fails outside of warranty.
