At the time I started trying to ride again (July 2021) I switched from my traditional saddle to Specialized 3D printed version (there was only one model at the time $$$), these are very comfortable on the sit bones and it feels like riding a saddle that has has already been broken in right out of the box. This was better than my previous saddle, however was not giving enough relief on perineum area. I made sure to get out of the saddle for short periods often during rides. In Nov 2022 I started looking for alternatives. Bought both an Aeroelastic saddle and SQLab saddle, I never ended up using the Aeroelastic as SQLab has worked out for me: https://aeroelastic.hr/ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JLV79KM SQLab "Step Saddle Concept" https://www.sq-lab.com/en/us/technology/step-saddle-concept it does slightly point down, but that is "built-in" to the shape of the saddle If you go the SQLab route: Follow their measurement instructions (order the kit or use piece of cardboard and then follow the instructions for offset based on ride position), most of their saddles come in 4 or more widths. https://www.sq-lab.com/en/us/ergonomics/sit-bone-measurement-for-bike-saddles Many of their saddles come in "standard" or "active". Active allows way more side to side flex, which sounds wrong but works great for some people (like me). https://www.sq-lab.com/en/us/technology/active-bike-saddle-technology

The adjustability and padding also receive mixed reviews, with customers noting it takes time to adjust properly and finding the padding too firm for comfort.
